The unit you pay a routed request with. Simple costs 1 credit, Moderate 3, Complex 5. The classification that decides the level costs 0: you never pay for it.
500 welcome credits when you verify your email, and only the Simple level of the router. If you explicitly force Moderate or Complex you get a clear upgrade error, not a silent downgrade.
You pay twelve months at the price of ten: two months free. The whole year of credits lands on your balance when the subscription starts. Every price shown includes VAT.
Yes, from the panel. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the credits for that period stay yours. No minimum term.
By card, through Stripe. We never touch card details: the payment session is hosted by Stripe.
The call gets a 402 error saying how many credits were needed and how many you had: the request is not sent and you are not charged for it. Move to a plan with more credits from the panel and carry on.
